Policy
Excessive noise will result in eviction either by police or
security company - please consider your neighbours at all times
No noise after 11:00 pm please
Owners expect guests to respect and care for their home,
any damage beyond normal wear and tear, will be charged to guests
Arrival time is between 3:00 - 4:00 pm and
Departure time is by 10:00 am
Changes may be possible, please check with owner prior to arrival
Absolutely No Smoking
Reservation guarantee: upon deposit
All payments are non-refundable, unless booking can be rebooked
We ask for 30% deposit of the total
amount at the time of booking. The
balance is due 60 - 90 days prior to your arrival. We accept the
following forms of payment.
HOW TO SECURE AND PAY FOR A BOOKING
1.) Credit Card - Visa or Mastercard
Please provide us with the following information:
- Card number
- Card expiration date
- exact name of card holder
You can either phone me with this information or email me. Once we have
processed the deposit, the booking is confirmed.
2) Bank Transfer
If you chose this method I will provide you with our account
information.
Once the amount has been transferred to our account, your booking is
confirmed.
3) Money Order or Bank Drafts
This is like sending me a guaranteed personal check. Please
let me know if
you are using this method as it might take a bit more time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 120 days prior to your arrival and you will receive 100%
refund of
your deposit less a fee of $100. If we are able to re-rent your booked
time,
I will refund 90% of the balance owing.
